Expenses
Convenient tool for manual tracking and analysis of expenses not included in automatic ad spend from advertising sources.

Capabilities
- Add expenses manually or import from files/systems.
- Expense categories (advertising, services, tools, etc.) with ability to create custom ones.
- Automatic linking to user who created the entry.
- Summary reports by categories and periods.
Important
- This tracks manual expenses: rent, services, software, third-party services.
- Ad spend and data from integrated sources are collected separately and are not included in this module.
Expense Categories
- You can add or edit categories in Settings → Categories section.
Expense Sources
- To link expenses to channels, use Settings → Sources Setup.
- Facebook source is available by default; create your own if needed (e.g., TikTok, Google).
