  • Add expenses manually or import from files/systems.
  • Expense categories (advertising, services, tools, etc.) with ability to create custom ones.
  • Automatic linking to user who created the entry.
  • Summary reports by categories and periods.

Important

  • This tracks manual expenses: rent, services, software, third-party services.
  • Ad spend and data from integrated sources are collected separately and are not included in this module.

Expense Sources

  • To link expenses to channels, use Settings → Sources Setup.
  • Facebook source is available by default; create your own if needed (e.g., TikTok, Google).
