  • View Only - read only
  • No Access - module hidden

Data Visibility Levels

Three levels of data access restriction in system.

1. Own Data

User sees only their campaigns, tasks, creatives and salary. For regular buyers, contractors, interns.

2. Team Data

User sees their entire team data. For team leads and managers.

3. All Data

Full access to all system data. For company owners, top managers, accountants.


External Source Binding

Link users with external system data for automatic filtering.

Keitaro Integration

Binding levels:

  1. Campaign level - only specific campaign data
  2. Campaign group level - multiple campaigns in group
  3. Sub (stream) level - specific subs/streams
