Management and monitoring of all connected Facebook ad accounts.

Account List

Displayed information:

  • Ad account ID
  • Account name
  • Status (active/blocked/disabled)
  • Balance and limits
  • Last sync date
  • Active campaign count

Account statuses:

  • 🟢 Active - working normally
  • 🟡 Warning - possible sync issues
  • 🔴 Blocked - account blocked by Facebook
  • Disabled - manually disabled

What is a Mapping

A mapping is a rule that combines Facebook data with other integrated source data (Keitaro, Binom, etc.) based on matching specific parameters.

Mapping Types

1. Ad ID Mapping

Most accurate data linking method.

Example:

Facebook Ad ID: 23851234567890
Keitaro parameter: external_id=23851234567890
→ Data linked automatically

2. Campaign Name Mapping

Example:

Facebook Campaign Name: "Gambling_UK_Desktop"
Keitaro Campaign: "Gambling_UK_Desktop"
→ Linked by name match

3. Date Level Mapping

Combine data for specific period.

4. Campaign Level Mapping

Link entire campaign data.

5. Sub ID Mapping

Link via tracker subs/streams.

6. Combined Mappings

Use multiple parameters simultaneously for maximum accuracy.

Example:

Date: 2024-01-15
Campaign Name: "Gambling_UK"
→ Linked by two parameters

Creating Mapping

  1. Open Agency → Mappings
  2. Click "Create Mapping"
  3. Select sources (Facebook account + Integration)
  4. Configure matching parameters
  5. Check data preview
  6. Activate mapping
