Setup:

  • Amount: specify fixed amount

  • Currency: select payout currency

Example:

Fixed rate: $1000 / month
Final salary = $1000 + bonuses - penalties

Revenue Percentage

Percentage rate from project or entire company revenue.

When to use:

  • Sales managers
  • Buyers and media buyers
  • Employees on projects with variable income
  • Motivation for revenue increase

Setup:

  • Percentage: from 1% to 100%
  • Revenue source: specific project or entire company
  • Calculation period: which period to consider revenue

Example:

Percentage: 5% of project revenue
Project revenue for month: $50,000
Final salary = ($50,000 × 5%) + bonuses - penalties = $2,500

Grid (Progressive Scale)

Rate depends on achieving certain indicators (KPI, sales volume, lead count).

Calculation:
- $10,000 × 3% = $300
- $15,000 × 5% = $750
- $5,000 × 7% = $350
Final salary = $1,400 + bonuses - penalties

Combined Formula

Combination of several calculation types for flexible motivation system.

When to use:

  • Guaranteed salary + result-based motivation

Combination options:

  • Fixed + Percentage - base rate + revenue percentage
  • Fixed + Grid - salary + progressive bonuses
  • Percentage + Grid - percentage with progressive scale
  • All together - fixed + percentage + grid

Example (Fixed + Percentage):

Fixed rate: $500 / month
Percentage: 3% of revenue
Revenue: $40,000

Calculation:
Final salary = $500 + ($40,000 × 3%) + bonuses - penalties
Final salary = $500 + $1,200 + bonuses - penalties = $1,700

Period Setup

Choose frequency of salary calculation and payout:

  • Weekly - every week (52 payments per year)
  • Bi-weekly - every two weeks (26 payments per year)
  • Monthly - once per month (12 payments per year)
  • Custom period - your own interval
