Data not displaying

If you don't see statistics in reports:

Check Integrations

  • Ensure keys and tokens (Keitaro, BroCards, Facebook, etc.) are current.
  • Verify tracker URL or ad account ID is specified correctly.
  • Try re-checking connection in integration settings.

Check Selected Period

  • Often data exists but for different date range.
  • Try selecting "Today", "Yesterday" or "Last 7 days".

Possible Delays

  • Sometimes data update takes 5-10 minutes. Refresh page later.
